Back Again!!!

Okay....so Summer is over...Fall is here and we are heading into Winter....sooo I thought this would be a good time to start blogging again :)  and my friend Marlene has gone to Arizona and she likes to read my blogs while she is away for the winter....so here it is Marlene :)
Seems my summer went sooo fast, to fast!
With a Thyroid surgery behind me and some other medical tests done I'm feeling hmmm almost back to normal? At this age do you really feel "normal" again?? ha
We've just gone through a major Election....a new President of the United States.... OK so the Candidate that I felt God was leading me to vote for did not win so... I am left to be mad or pray for the one that did.  Is this the right man for the Presidency? I don't know...Politacally? or Morally?  Time will tell and God will be the judge.
The day after the election my Devotion said this:  The world is full of "experts".  There are people everywhere who want to convince you of the wisdom of their opinion.  Yet God says that it is not the one who declares his viewpoint the most loudly who is the wisest but the one who is vindicated over time. Wisdom is not proven by argument or debate.  Wisdom is proven over time.  When you seek to obey what God has told you, you will sometimes meet resistance and criticism from others who disagree with the wisdom of your actions.  Your immediate response may be the urge to vindicate yourself.  However, if you wait patiently, time will reveal the wisdom of your Action's far better then you could through argument.
As long as you base your life choices on the word of  God, time will be your defender and will validate the wisdom of your choices.  If over time you clearly see you are wrong, ask God's forgiveness and seek a fresh word from God through the scripture.
